Membership Plus CSR  -  Closing Date: 3/22/2010

The Membership Plus Department has two openings for Customer Service Representatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Fielding application, technical, and accounting natured calls from users of Membership PLUS

Additional Duties may include:
- Responding to email requests submitted by Membership PLUS customers and/or prospects
- Analyzing data issues for resolution
- Serving as 1-2-1 phone training instructor on the MP product
- Testing product releases and documenting accordingly
- Preparing documentation as needed for internal and/or external purposes
- Contributing to the Membership PLUS Knowledge Base and Training Resources

Training will include the Membership PLUS Deluxe software product and any peripheral products that are used with the software; Membership PLUS Team procedures and processes and corresponding tools.

Qualified candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the personal computer and a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, internet and email programs
- Experience and/or knowledge of basic accounting, technical computer skills including networking
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented with ability to accurately document customer interactions
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain high service levels
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- Be a self motivated individual who is dependable with a strong work ethic
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Manage confidential information according to policy
- Proven ability to learn new applications, follow procedures, manage work time, have strong problem solving skills, and the ability to continuously increase knowledge of products and company
